    Nice article. The problem with some Spyware is that it comes with rootkits that can hide the Spyware from Spyware scanners. This is done by modifying the kernel code that tells the spyware scanner "there are no files here".

    Rootkits are too good to be true for spyware writers. Even if they keep the spyware hidden for an extra day it will be profitable for the spyware writer to use.

    great article I run both and adware and spyware and my pc is almost clean. Maybe webroot will help remove spyware to never used it but heards it great. Also microsoft has a free scanner to never hurts to be safe.

    its was a nice guide but some virus cant be easily removed. even though you have a premium antivirus. i suggest just be careful on browsing and downloading.
