    thanks for this post. I realise that quitting smoking is all about breaking a cycle that you are used to. Making small changes in your life like doing something different each day helps you to break away from daily routines, which includes smoking.

    It helps if you can delay the timings between each puff. I woke up one day forgetting to smoke the whole day, and the rest is history.
